Job Description: Business Development Executive

Working Hours: 6:00PM to 4:00AM AND 9:00PM to 7:00AM
Position Description:
• Identifying the target market
• Cold calling IT decision-makers and influencers (prospects) and raw marketing leads to develop them into qualified hot leads for sales
• Generating leads
• Get across the gatekeeper and reach the right contact /decision makers
• Update and maintain right contact information / database in the CRM tool
• Probe customers with quality questions to identify needs and position relevant solutions. You need to be able to ask the right questions to qualify the hot leads
• Understanding the requirements of the clients & positioning an appropriate solution
• Evolving market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve targets.
• Maintaining relationship, client interactions, team building, follow up with clients
• Doing the market research. Evaluating and understanding the need, competition, etc.
Skill Required:
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong convincing power
• Experience is IT product sales will be an added advantage
• Identify potential customers.
• Resolve/Coordinate customer complaints effectively.
• Control and achieve prescribed sales budget
• Competent in Business Development activities
Qualification:-
Graduate/MBA/MCA/B.E
Experience:
0.5-3 yrs
