Desired Candidate Profile
• Prior experience in Sales/ BD/ Marketing in recruitment consultancy for at least 3 – 5 years.
• Enthusiastic, ambitious & target driven
• Proven track record in obtaining and filling business.
• Good communication skills – both written & verbal.
• Focused on offering an honest & professional service.
• Team orientated.
• Vertical focused exp required – BFSI, ITES (KPO and BPO), IT, Telecom and Banking.

Job Description
• Identifying and approaching suitable Companies and getting new business.
• Using sales, business development and marketing techniques in order to attract business from client companies.
• Getting out on new client & service visits.
• Building relationships with clients.
• Developing a good understanding of what client companies do and their work culture
• Working as part of a well established and cohesive team.
