Role:

The Business Development executive or Sr. B.D.E will proactively contact customers to generate new business sales for the Software and BPO Services.
The business development executive could be independent or would support onsite sales team in US / Europe and shall be responsible for meeting own targets that could shall include revenue generation & qualified meetings fixed for the onsite sales team.

Responsibilities:

1. To undertake outbound telesales activities
2. To assist the Onsite sales team in revenue generation & setup qualified meetings
3. To continually update and cleanse the prospect database and competitor information
4. To run marketing campaigns to generate qualified prospects / Leads.
5. To achieve KPIs such as decision maker contacts, number of calls per day and opportunity raised
6. To work in close co-ordination with the US/ Europe sales team

Candidate’s Profile:

1. Experience of at least 2 to 5 Yrs in Business Development through telesales in US & European or Asia Pacific markets.
2. Able to demonstrate achievements of sales targets.
3. Excellent understanding of IT solutions & services specifically in the Enterprise Solutions.
4. Experience in lead generation & setup of qualified meetings.
5. Proficient verbal & writing skills
6. Business & commercial focused.
