What are we looking for?
Overall Experience
ï‚· A minimum of 1-5 years of work experience at a leading professional services firm (e.g. international consulting firm, Big 4, global investment bank, leading research house)
ï‚· Extensive experience in conducting research, preferably within the specified industry vertical
Education
ï‚· Graduate degree from a Tier 1/Tier 2 institute

What will you be expected to do?
Key Responsibilities
 Independently manage process-driven research assignments – such as company profiling, data downloads, newsletters, press search, executive profiling etc
ï‚· Manage/lead a team of (2-4) analysts while working on multiple rapid research projects at any given point of time. Conduct exhaustive secondary research across Google, and proprietary databases such as Factiva, OneSource, Capital IQ etc
ï‚· Consistently engage with the clients, interpret their requirements, staff projects while managing the communication flow throughout
ï‚· Set up standards for quality control; measure and report performance against those standards
What skills will you be expected to have?
ï‚· Highly articulate with excellent communication and presentation skills (especially PowerPoint)
ï‚· Experience in preparing reports, thought leaderships, media articles, industry landscapes, company
analysis and regulatory updates
ï‚· Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data quickly and draw meaningful insights
ï‚· Exposure to managing small to midsized teams
ï‚· Willingness to work in a highly demanding and results oriented team environment where priorities can change frequently
ï‚· Effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders around the globe
ï‚· High consciousness towards attention to detail; drive and commitment towards delivering high quality service to the KPMG network
