He should possess the following skills:
Basic Setup in Core HR such as Organizations, Jobs, Positions and Grades
Strong Knowledge in the following:
Complete Payroll Setup
Configuration of Solutions for Statutory Requirements if applicable (For eg. It is applicable for India and Saudi Payroll Implementations)
System Configuration for Payroll Balances Migration
Note: Should have done atleast 3 full cycle implementations.
Note: Candidate is ready to attend the f2f interview on 5th July , 2011( TUESDAY ) in Gurgaon
