1) Batch Operations
Level-1/2

Understanding of Basic Operational deliverables - Distributed Batch monitoring
Should have Operational Knowledge on any of the IBM supported Batch Monitoring Tools like Control M, TWS and AutoSys
Should be able to perform day to day activities like monitoring the tool for Abends, Abend Recovery & Checklist activities independently
In depth knowledge in any of the Batch Monitoring Tools
Should be able to perform Month end/Quarterly/Year end Acitivites independently
Should be able to handle special schedules during Maintanance windows and should be able to assist in Product Upgrades
Should be able to Handle Adhoc requests
Should be able to handle Batch activities during Disaster Recovery Exercise & Time Change
Should have basic knowledge Batch job Scheduling concepts
Should be able to interpret complex batch schedules

2) Production Control
Level-1/2

Job Schedule Creation & Modification
Should be able to analyse basic Scheduling Issues
Should be able to perform Calendar updates for Batch Schedules
Analysis, Approval and closure of Request with respect to Library Management
Must have exposure to Code Migration Tasks
Late Job Analysis
Should be able to handle Complex Batch job Scheduling issues
Should have done Critical calendar updates like Year end calendar updates
Perform Root cause analysis as per Request
Should have Provided support during DR activities

o Experience in installing and administering Oracle 8i, 9i, 10g. (11g will be added advantage).
o Installing Oracle on multiple platforms (Windows, Linux, Solaris, etc).
o Excellent oral and written communication skills
o Hands-on SQL and PL/SQL coding skills
